I don’t know whether you have noticed it or not but a measured aesthetic approach reveals that a classic gold wedding band has many intricacies in it. To begin with, their ‘classic’ status itself can cause disbelief among many people. Take color for example. The so-called ‘yellow gold’ is competing with more contemporary variants like rose gold or white gold. If rose gold gains its popularity for its pleasant reddish or pinkish hue, people who choose white gold mainly do so because it lets them taste platinum bands without investing in a real one. Another obvious reason why ‘yellow gold’ doesn’t seem too rational a choice is because pure gold which supposedly goes into making these bands don’t offer the kind of longevity that is synonymous with alloy materials like white or rose gold.
